Important Notes About Familienbande on Linux!
I tested Familienbande on Debian GNU/Linux 9 and was able to confirm that it generally runs properly. However, there are some aspects of the Linux version that do not work the same way as on macOS or Windows.
Known Issues
Fonts
I do not know which distributions use which fonts as their default system fonts. Font types and font sizes can usually be adjusted in the settings if necessary.
If anyone notices additional quirks or errors, I would appreciate hearing about them. Since I do not personally work with Linux, I rely heavily on feedback and assistance from users.
If errors occur (that are not
handled by Familienbande itself):
Familienbande can also be started from the console (terminal).
If an error occurs, information about the cause will be
displayed there. In that case, you should first check the system
requirements (see below).
